Vendor Information
Booth space is sold by the number of six-foot tables (or equivalent) used by the vendor. The cost is $60 per six-foot table. The tables will be skirted and one chair will be provided per six-foot space. Most of the spaces have a normal ceiling height (8-10 feet), but some spaces may be available with 14 foot ceiling height. Payment in advance will be required; refunds will be issued only if the show is cancelled.
Vendors will be able to set up Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning. Booths must be set up before 8:00AM Saturday. Vendor booths will not be open on Friday evening. The Show will finish around noon on Sunday; vendors must have vacated no later than 3:00PM.
Electricity can be made available at no additonal charge, but we will need to know in advance. The Show "Vendor Manager" is Larry Niday. His contact information is in the two documents linked below.
