Notes on tying:

1. Tie in golden pheasant neck barbs for tail.
2. Tie in Peacock herl and gold wire.
3. Wrap body with peacock herl.
4. Rib body with gold wire.
5. Tie in Kip tail for wings.
6. Tie in and wrap hackle with brown hackle feather.

 This is a western style dry fly.  Cast it to rising fish or as an attractor in the summer and fall.
