Notes on tying:

1. Tie in the wings first.
2. Tie in tail next.  It is divided by a tiny dubbing ball.
3. Dub the body last.
4. The wing is flared 180 degrees.

 Developed by Al Caucci and Bob Nastasi and described in Hatches .  Prototype was the "Haystack".  Cast this fly straight across with a reach cast to rising fish.
