Notes on tying:

1. Tie saddle hackle in by the butt dull side facing you.
2. Tie in two strands of peacock herl on top of hook shank.
3. Dub the body.
4. Pull 2 strands of peacock over top of body.
5. Palmer saddle hackle forward.
6. Tie it off.

 This is a variation by Garylee Thurm of another pattern.  Fish it dry on the surface film using a dead drift.
