Notes on tying:
1. Tie in white dry fly hackle for tail.
2. Dub the body with white rabbit fur.
3. Wrap white hackle 4 to 6 turns.
4. Tie off and finish head.
This pattern was developed for rising trout late in the day. It works well from sundown to dark when the trout are feeding on the surface but you can't see what they are after. The success of this fly is when you fish it. Other patterns that work well are "Pale Evening Dun" or a "Cream Midge." The fly is highly visible by the fisherman.
