Size:	14-20
Thread:	8/0 Color to Match (Black is  my Favorite)
Tail:	Marabou (Hook Length)
Body:	Twisted Marabou
Rib:	Gold Wire
Legs:	Sparse Hackle (Optional)
Thorax:	Ostrich Or Peacock Herl
W Case:	Swiss Straw.

Notes on tying:

1. Add lead wire for weight.
2. Tie marabou for tail.
3. Wrap twisted marabou for body.
4. Rib with gold wire.
5. Add swiss straw for wing case.
6. Dub thorax with herl.
7. Add hackle for legs.
8. Pull swiss straw up for wing case.
9. Tie off head.

 This is a pattern works well for trout and panfish.  Most color variations are effective for bluegills, however natural colors work best on trout.  Black is particularly effective on bass.  The fly is fished dead drift in current and with slow strips along the bottom in lakes.
