Notes on tying:
1. Tie edge-brite to bend of the hook.
2. Tie in silver tinsel and wrap smoothly to hook and return to
eye.
3. Wrap edge-brite forward overlapping each wrap and tie down.
4. Tie in soft hackle from neck of a cock pheasant that has been
striped on one side and wrap about 2 turns.
5. Finish head.
This is a fly was designed by John Pursell in January of 1991. It is a pattern based on the Dean River Lantern that works well on panfish and trout.
