Notes on tying:
1. Cut off length of mylar, remove core and tie it down at the
back with thread. Cut of thread and reattach it at front
of mylar and tie down. Trim off mylar so the extended ends
form a tail.
2. Tie in underwing of chartreuse marabou.
3. Lay mallard wing over marabou.
4. Whip finish the head.
5. Paint on white eyes with red center dots.
This is a Garylee Thurm pattern that is a variation of a ruptured duck. It works well on crappie and panfish. The fish usually hit it on the drop.
