|Hook:||(M) 3906B or 34007|
|Tail:||Lead Eyes, 1/50 or 1/36 oz painted|
|U. Wing:||White Bucktail|
|M. Wing:||Rainbow Krystal Flash|
|L. Wing:||Chartreuse Bucktail|
Notes on tying:
1. The eyes are attached to the top of the hook so the fly rides with the point up. Use a figure 8 wrap.
2. The fly is then turned over and white bucktail is attached.
3. This is followed by the krystal flash, and chartreuse bucktail. These are all attached on the underside of the hook and secured in front of the eye so it angles up. It is important not to overdress this fly.
4. Finish head and tie off.
This fly was designed by Bob Clouser of Middletown, PA. It was described by Lefty Kreh in Fly Fisherman July 1989, pgs. 54-58. It is a good minnow pattern to use on all fish. When you fish it the hook rides with the point up.
